Day 1

Departure and Arrival in Grand Rapids/Holland (D)

Motorcoach Departure to Western Michigan Our Michigan getaway begins this morning as we depart by motorcoach and head east toward western Michigan. Sit back, relax, and get acquainted with your fellow travelers as the miles roll by. Hotel in Grand Rapids/Holland Area This afternoon we arrive in the Grand Rapids/Holland area and check in to our hotel, with the evening free to settle in and rest up for a wonderful week ahead.

Day 2

Holland's Tulip Time Festival (B,D)

Holland's Tulip Time Festival Today is all about Holland's world-famous Tulip Time Festival! A step-on guide joins us for the day as we stroll through Windmill Island Gardens beneath towering tulips and beside an authentic working Dutch windmill, then enjoy a colorful tulip show that captures the very best of the season. Tulip Time Dinner This evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a festive Tulip Time dinner — a wonderful way to cap off a day full of color and fellowship.

Day 3

Grand Rapids Highlights (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel After breakfast at the hotel, we head into Grand Rapids to take in some of the city's best-loved sights along the Grand River. Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park Spend a relaxing Morning at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, one of the Midwest's most beautiful garden and sculpture collections, where we'll enjoy lunch together amid the greenery before exploring the grounds at your own pace. Day 4

On to Frankenmuth (B,D)

Travel from Grand Rapids/Holland area to Frankenmuth This morning we say farewell to the Grand Rapids/Holland area and travel east to Frankenmuth, Michigan's charming “Little Bavaria.” Frankenmuth Cass River Boat Ride Enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the Cass River in Frankenmuth. Family-Style Chicken Dinner in Frankenmuth Sit down together for a hearty, family-style chicken dinner — a Frankenmuth tradition that's not to be missed. Evening Stroll in Frankenmuth Spend the evening strolling the town's Bavarian-style shops and streets before we turn in for the night.

Day 5

Homeward Bound (B,L)

Journey from Frankenmuth to Wisconsin This morning we gather our belongings and begin the journey home, carrying with us wonderful memories of tulips, gardens, and Bavarian charm. We'll stop along the way for a leisurely lunch together before continuing on to Wisconsin, arriving home this evening with new friends and hearts full of gratitude for the beauty we've shared together.
