Who runs it

Tom & Becca

Tom and Becca Monroe took the company on in 2025 and run it between them — Tom often on the microphone, Becca on everything that has to be right before the coach pulls in.

Tom Monroe

Owner

Tom took over Tom's Christian Tours in 2025, after years of running and owning small businesses. He also guides tours himself — if you travel with us, there is a good chance you have talked to Tom over the phone and will see him at some point throughout your journey.

Tom has many years of experience in running small to medium sized businesses and has a love for travel, his customers and creating memories that last a lifetime.

And yes, the company was already called Tom's Christian Tours when he bought it. Founded in 1995 by a different Tom entirely. He has decided to take it as a sign.

Becca Monroe

Owner

Becca co-owns the company with Tom and runs the side of it travelers never see. She is the big idea person... did you like the meal at a unique restaurant? Did you see that new trip that was offered? What about those social media posts? Becca has her hand in so many parts of TCT.

Thirteen years at the front of the coach

The generation before

Scott and Tammy owned and led Tom's Christian Tours for thirteen years. They are Tom's parents, they still direct tours, and regular travelers still meet them on board.

Tour directors, and owners for 13 years

Scott and Tammy owned and led Tom's Christian Tours for thirteen years, and they have not gone anywhere — they still direct tours, and regular travelers still meet them at the front of the coach.

Scott has been to Alaska so many times. Travelers notice: one wrote that "it was Scott's 16th trip to Alaska and it showed in his attention to details."

Scott and Tammy are thrilled that Tom's Christian Tours is still part of our family, now with our son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Becca, as owners.

Josephine

Marketing

Josephine works on all of the items that you receive before you leave on a tour -- the final itinerary brochure, all the final details to our partners so your tour goes off with out a hitch. She work tirelessly to make sure all the marketing is on point.

You may also meet her on a tour from time to time.

Tour planning

Ken joined Tom's Christian Tours in 2026 after twenty years in education, planning and running lesson plans, shows and fundraisers.

It turns out that organising several hundred people around a schedule, and keeping it enjoyable, is exactly the same skill a tour needs.

Monica joined TCT in 2026 with more than ten years of tour directing behind her. That experience shows in the small things — knowing which queue moves faster, and which day needs an easier morning.

Erica has directed tours across a wide range of destinations and is leading trips for us through 2026 and beyond.

Amy and Randy

Tour Directors

Amy and Randy have been on many TCT tours as guests, hosts and Tour Directors! They enjoy traveling the country and seeing new places. Meeting our travelers and creating relationships is their favorite part. True Wisconsin Hospitality is what you get on a tour with Amy and Randy.
