Booking terms
How deposits, payments and cancellations work. The specific schedule for your trip is on its tour page and in your booking confirmation.
Deposits
Most tours take a $500 per-person deposit; some differ, and the amount for your trip is shown on its tour page. The deposit is due within seven days of registering and secures your seat.
Final payment
The balance is due before departure. The exact date is confirmed when you book and appears on your confirmation. If a payment plan would help, call us before you book and we will arrange one.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set per tour, because our own commitments to hotels, airlines and cruise lines differ from trip to trip. As a general shape: cancelling well ahead costs nothing, a fixed fee applies from a stated date, and closer to departure only recoverable costs can be refunded.
The schedule that applies to your trip is written on its tour page and repeated in your confirmation. If plans change, call us — we will tell you exactly where you stand.
Changes to a tour
Occasionally an itinerary has to change — a show reschedules, a road closes, weather intervenes. We substitute something of comparable quality and tell you as soon as we know. If a departure cannot run at all, you are offered a transfer or a refund.
