Day 0

Departure for England

Group Meet at Designated Pickup Points Meet the group at the designated pickup points and gather for the start of the journey. This is the moment to connect with fellow travelers, settle in with the tour host, and begin the trip together. Motor Coach Transfer to the Airport Transfer together by motor coach to the airport, traveling as a group as the adventure gets underway. Overnight Flight to England Board the overnight flight to England and settle in for the journey across the Atlantic, arriving the following day ready to begin the UK program on the ground.

Arrival and London Embankment Walk

Arrival and Trip Briefing Arrive at the start of your Adventure where our enthusiastic Adventure Leaders will be waiting for you. After arrival, you will be provided with a Trip Briefing. Your Adventure Leaders will explain details about your travel plans, give advice on how to adapt to the local culture and outline how you will stay safe during your travels. Victoria Embankment Walk Walking along the Victoria Embankment that follows the River Thames through the heart of the city. Take in the views of the famous Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, and London Eye.

Day 2

London Bake-Off, St Paul's & Covent Garden

Great British Bake-off Style Competition This morning we start with a fun local experience for the group. Enjoy a Great British Bake-off style competition. In teams of 3 you'll be given a Theme and off you go with all ingredients and assistance from the bakers to create your own masterpiece. Visit to St Paul's Cathedral Experience the beauty and serenity of one of London's most iconic buildings with a visit to St Paul's Cathedral. Built by the famous Christopher Wren in and completed in 1710, St Paul's is so important to the city of London that no new building is allowed to block the historical view of the cathedral's domed roof! Explore Covent Garden Explore the famous Victorian market - Covent Garden! Experience this hub of London shopping and tourism first hand and take the chance for some souvenir shopping and watch world class street performers show off their skills. West End Theatre Show While you're in London, why not head to the West End and enjoy a theatre show! Experience one of the most vibrant industries in the UK and take in the lights of London’s West End.

Day 3

Chatsworth House and Derbyshire Countryside

Leave London and begin your journey North. Visit to Chatsworth House Head out into the Derbyshire countryside for a visit to one of England's premier stately homes - Chatsworth House. Explore the vast rooms, sculpture galleries and gardens of this exquisite 17th century home, that has played host to artists throughout the centuries and most famously Mr Darcy in the 2005 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Cream Tea in the Tea Rooms After your house and gardens visit you can enjoy a cream tea in the tea rooms.

Day 4

York Minster and Shambles Exploration

Visit to York Minster Visit the beautiful York Minster. Go underneath this stunning minster to find out about the history of this location from Roman times through to modern day. Free Time in York and Shambles Enjoying your free time in York to walk through the Shambles for some souvenir shopping and photos – after all, this was the street that inspired Diagon Alley in the world of Harry Potter!

Day 5

York to Edinburgh via Bamburgh Castle

Depart York as we journey further North via Northumberland and eventually into Scotland. Stop at Bamburgh Castle We will take a stop enroute today at the stunning Bamburgh Castle. Overlooking the Northumberland Coastline where it has stood for over 1400 years. Drive on to Edinburgh Hop on the coach and drive on to Edinburgh for the next stage of your tour!

Day 6

Edinburgh Castle and Writers' Museum

Visit to Edinburgh Castle Head up to Edinburgh Castle, the military stronghold that has topped the black crags of Castle Rock for almost a thousand years. Be sure to catch the recreated prison cells inside the castle vaults, Scotland’s answer to the Crown Jewels, and the One O’Clock gun salute. Visit to the Writers' Museum Celebrating the lives of 3 Scottish literary greats, Burns, Scott and Stevenson, the Writers' Museum is a must for all literature students. Home to archival items, manuscripts and even a printing press, this museum offers a fascinating insight into the lives of Scottish writers through history. Free Time and Souvenir Shopping on the Royal Mile Enjoy some free time and souvenir shopping down the Royal Mile. If you need calories to refuel, head in to your now-local chippy for a Scottish specialty – deep-fried mars bar.

Free Time and Johnnie Walker Experience

Free time in Edinburgh. Johnnie Walker Whisky Journey Embark on a theatrical, immersive Johnnie Walker whisky journey where tradition and innovation converge. This isn't merely a tour; it's an interactive exploration bringing to life the rich legacy and artistry behind our iconic whiskies.

Departure from Edinburgh

Reflect on your UK Adventure It's time to head back to the airport for your return flight home. Reflect on all that you have seen and done on your UK Adventure!
